Yes. OrianaSIEM is developed in-house by Oriana Teknoloji A.Ş., based in Teknopark Istanbul. The data engine and correlation infrastructure are Oriana's own; the product does not require Elasticsearch or Kibana. The only open-source components used are Redis and RabbitMQ.
